DHP collects this data when it is provided through the use of our services, including interacting with our website, booking a photography session, purchasing additional digital images, or signing up for our marketing communications.

Information DHP Collects

Information you provide directly:

• Full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Billing and payment information processed through Sprout Studio
• Communications including emails, messages, and booking inquiries

Information collected automatically through our website:

• Pages visited and time spent on site

How DHP Uses Your Personal Data

DHP uses your personal information to provide photography services, process bookings and payments, deliver digital image galleries, communicate with you about your session, improve our services, and comply with applicable legal requirements. DHP only uses personal data for which it has a lawful basis.

How DHP Shares Your Personal Data

DHP may share your information with the following service providers as necessary to deliver our services:

• Sprout Studio — for session booking, client management, and payment processing
• GitHub Pages / Cloudflare — for website hosting and DNS management
• Google — for analytics and business profile management
• Email service providers — for client communications

DHP will never sell your personal information to third parties or share it for marketing purposes beyond what is described in this policy.

How DHP Protects Your Personal Data

DHP employs reasonable and appropriate electronic, physical, and operational measures to ensure that your personal information is secure and not subject to unauthorized use, disclosure, modification, or loss.

Children's Data

DHP does not knowingly allow any persons under the age of 18 to register or use its services, and does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

However, certain third-party services embedded in our website — including Google Fonts and our Google Reviews widget — may set their own cookies as part of their standard operation. Image Storage and Retention

Digital image galleries are hosted through Sprout Studio and are available for client download for the period specified in your session agreement. After that period, images are permanently deleted from all online galleries and Photographer's storage devices. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of downloaded files.

Privacy Regulations

DHP is committed to compliance with applicable data privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant federal and state privacy laws.
