Planning & Preparation
I handle the coordination work so you don't have to. I can send personalized prep emails directly to your employees, build a time schedule for the day, or provide all prep information to you to share -- whichever works best for your team.
Studio Setup at Your Location
I bring a complete professional studio to your office -- professional-grade lighting, backdrops, and all equipment. All I need is a 10×10 space. Setup takes under an hour and I arrive early so your team's day isn't disrupted.
Coached Sessions for Every Person
Each employee gets individual expression and posture coaching to bring out their most natural, confident look. I shoot tethered into my computer so we can review results in real time and make adjustments on the spot. Even camera-shy team members leave feeling great.
Image Review & Selection
After the session I curate the best images for each person. You choose how selection works -- employees can pick their own favorite, you can select for them, or I can handle the entire process. Whatever keeps it simple for your team.
Editing, Delivery & Extras
All selected images are professionally edited and delivered within 5–7 business days in a private online gallery ready for download. High-resolution files ready for print, web, and social media. LinkedIn-optimized crops, logo placement, and a team collage are available as add-ons.

How much space do you need?
A minimum of 10×10 feet is ideal -- a conference room, break room, or open office area works perfectly. I arrive early to set up so your team's schedule isn't affected.
How long does setup take?
Setup takes less than an hour. I allow a full hour to ensure everything is ready and tested before the first person sits down. Your team starts on time.
How many people can you photograph in a day?
Approximately 10 people per hour under typical conditions. For a full day session I can photograph 60 to 80 people comfortably while maintaining quality for every individual.
What if someone is running late or misses their slot?
It happens. I build flexibility into the schedule and work around your team's reality. We can discuss options for employees who aren't available on the session day.
Can you match our existing headshot style?
Yes. If you have existing team headshots and want new employees to match, share a few examples before your session and I'll match the background, lighting, and framing precisely.
How does image selection work?
Your choice entirely. Employees can select their own favorite from their session, you can make selections for the team, or I can handle the entire curation process. Whatever reduces your workload.
What should our team wear?
Solid colors and simple patterns photograph best. I send prep guidance to employees in advance -- including wardrobe tips -- so everyone arrives ready and confident.
