Plan the Shoot - I’ll coordinate the logistics with your team lead to ensure a smooth experience for your team. From choosing the best time to sharing wardrobe and styling tips, I’ll provide a prep guide to help everyone feel ready and confident.
On-Site Photography Day - On the day of your session, I’ll bring the studio to you. Lighting, backdrops, and everything needed for a polished, professional look. My goal is to keep things seamless with low disruption so your team can be back to work quickly.
Image Selection - After the session, your team lead (or team members) have the option to select their images on the spot or through an online proofing gallery.
Final Delivery - Within 5-7 business days you will receive your final, retouched headshots in digital format ready for use.

A: My base session fee is $400, which includes setup at your location and a seamless, relaxed photography experience for your team. Additional final image pricing can be a flat fee for the final images or a per-person fee, depending on your preferences. I’m always happy to work with you to find the best option for your needs and budget. For larger groups, I offer discounted rates and custom packages to make sure you get great value and a consistent look for your team. You can expect final, retouched headshots delivered within 5-7 business days, so you’ll be ready to showcase your new images quickly.
Q: What are the licensing rights for the images?
A: You will receive an exclusive perpetual limited license which will allow you to use the images for commercial use, advertising, marketing, and other promotions, websites, and social media. (Digital files may not be used by anyone other than you and cannot be given, sold, or leased to a third party.) Logos and business name can be added to the images, but otherwise cannot be altered in any way.
